Q: Is the website secure and safe to put my information on and buy from?

A: Yes, the Surf and Turf Website is secure. When you are checking out a little padlock icon at the bottom right of the screen and up top in the right hand corner of the address bar will appear. This shows you that you are on a protected site you can trust. Therefore, you can view and buy with confidence that your information is safe and only Surf and Turf Food Company has access to it.

Q: How is the product shipped to the customer?

A: We use Special Styro Shippers that get sealed up with Dry-Ice inside. You can rest assured that the product you order will be frozen solid from the time it leaves our freezer until it reaches yours.

Q: What is a "Route" Customer?

A: In many states, Surf and Turf has a route delivery system where a driver with a fully stocked truck calls on his customers contained in his route.

Q: What does "Driver Delivery" mean on the shipping options part of the checkout page?

A: Once you reach the checkout page you will find a box that contains shipping options.  The driver deliver option is for existing route customers or new web customers who live in a city that currently is serviced by a Surf and Turf Route Driver.  When you pick the "Driver Deliver" option you can choose to pay on-line from our secure website, or you can pay your driver when he delivers your order to you.  If you choose the "Driver Delivery" option please note that your product will be delivered the next time that your driver is servicing your area.
