Cod from Iceland is considered to be the finest available anywhere in the world and is noticeably more tender, flaky and moist than any other species. This product is processed from fresh premium cod loins under Federal Inspection. Each loin is "portion controlled" for a consistent serving size of 4.5 to 5 ounces each, then evenly covered with a light lemon-pepper crunch bread crumb.
Bake in a 425o degree pre-heated oven for approximately 20-22 minutes. Most customers prefer their lemon pepper cod browned for 2 minutes under the broiler for a crisper texture.
